Saw this at the future games spring showcase and it was one of the few games shown with demos available.
the gameplay here feels about as fast and responsive as ori and the blind forest. it also has a similar, though clearly cheaper art style.

The little seen of the story so far is mostly uninteresting but seems to be focused around tense relationships between bionic soldiers like the lead and the mostly untrusting humans they are meant to serve
