The Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) is a standard for organising neuroimaging and behavioural data that enables easy sharing, reuse, and application of automatic pipelines and quality assurance protocols. We have created two tutorials on converting the raw MEG/EEG and MRI data into BIDS. The tutorials are CBU-specific but can be easily adapted to any other source of raw data and computing system.
In this mini-workshop, we walk through converting the raw MRI data to BIDS using the HeuDiConv tool.
