Organic russet potatoes looking good!

Igl Farms and Marbleseed hosted an organic potato field day last week in Antigo, WI, and AEA Senior Agronomist Rachelle Moss took the chance to dig in the dirt.

She saw good association between the roots and soil biology, and a good set for the early fill stage, with good root development and nice root hairs.

Igl farms has been working with AEA for years. This year, these potatoes got an in-furrow solution at planting, including:
✅ Phosphorus
✅ Rejuvenate
✅ HoloCal
✅ MycoGenesis
✅ OP-8
✅ A few micronutrients

Next up, they'll get a tuber fill foliar focused on optimizing photosynthesis and moving sugars into the tubers.
