Here I comment on a new policy that I think advocates both human choice and helps save human lives.
This is probably the most impromptu video I have ever made.
Not all European countries have the policy I described.
At the time my source was published, Sweden, Netherlands, the UK, and Germany all had the same opt in feature as the USA. They had organ donation rates of among 4%, 27%, 17%, and 12% respectively. Australia, Belgium, France, Hungry, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden, all had the policy I described along with organ donation rates of 99% or 98% except for Sweden with a low of 85%.
