Oreo vodka

Blend 50 g Oreo cream (cream only) with 200 mL of your favorite vodka for about a minute
Sous vide at 50C for 2 hours
In a separate container, use grind up 50 g Oreo cookies (wafer only)
Add 200 mL vodka
Let sit at room temperature for about two days
Mix cream vodka and cookie vodka in your preferred ratio (I like 3:4 or 1:1) to make Oreo vodka

Oreo espresso martini

2 oz Oreo vodka
½ oz coffee liquor
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz cooled espresso

Add all ingredients to shaker
Add lots of ice
Shake 30 sec
Double strain into chilled martini glass
No garnish
