These cute little ghost will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients: (makes 10-12 depending on size)

1 x 8 ounce packet of cream cheese 250g
265g of oreo cookies
85g (2) chocolate sponge rolls
1 teaspoon of vanilla
black food colouring
wilton candy eye balls
fairy floss to decorate the plate
NOTE: if you don't want to use sponge cake, you can use the full 350g in oreos)
