Truth & Reconciliation day can bring up many painful emotions for Indigenous people and allies.
If you've never smudged with sage before - this video will give you an introduction to the traditional practise of smudging, and will guide you in performing your own smudge to honor survivors, family members, Indigenous community members, and the children who didn't return home from Indian Residential Schools within Canada.
