Easy Yummy Corn Casserole
1 stick butter 2 cans whole corn- drain one can only
2 eggs 2 cans cream corn
2 cups sour cream 2 Jiffy corn muffin mixes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of seasoning blend, if desired (I use All Spice- Ammazza Suocera Blend, but use whatever you have.)
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter. Beat eggs. Combine all ingredients and put in buttered 9 x 13 baking pan. (I use a Pampered Chef stone 9" x 13" baking pan, but use whatever you have.)
