The walkthrough begins when the workspace flags a risk: forecasted demand exceeds current production capacity, which puts a major customer deal at risk. An executive asks what happens if a manufacturing automation plan is accelerated to meet the customer schedule. The application coordinates across operations and sales order agents to identify impacted production lines and recommends accelerating phase one to increase capacity without disrupting production. It also flags dependencies such as purchase order updates, supplier delivery date changes, and accelerated staff certification.
Next, a communications agent drafts a proposal for the operations team that summarizes the situation and requests a technical review. After agreement, the workspace brings in workforce implications by summarizing impact across 150 people, including certifications and schedule changes. The finance agent then prepares funding scenarios, and the executive reviews options and confirms a preferred approach. The system drafts a stakeholder summary and clearly outlines next steps across sales, operations, HR, and finance.
