Herbert Stothart and Harold Arlen composed the "Optimistic Voices" for the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Musical "The Wizard of Oz" in 1939. Here is an unreleased "stereo version" for this part of scoring music for the movie. It is not available in STEREO on any compact discs.
