So it seems Oprah is starting OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network in January 2011. Think it will be interesting or horrible? What would you expect to see (I imagine it will be similar to O magazine). I'm wondering if it will own or pwn (pown)?
I did a video actually 3 years ago that was quite sour on Oprah. Since then she's grown on me a bit, even if she's rather overexposed and the show is cringe worthy sometimes. I like that she led me to Eckart Tolle and some other authors.

Then there's this piece of video, which starts a bit dull but really gets interesting around 2:45 when the camera appears to have stopped working. Still, I decided to post it a) to apologize to Oprah because she is, despite her flaws, rather remarkable, b) to see what YOU think of Oprah running a TV network.
Parenthetically this aint me pitching myself to Oprah because I've sincerely learned that the pursuit of "old media" (television) is not attractive to me, and I shall relegate me appearing on HDTV to GoogleTV. :)
I finally figured out how to get my Panasonic Lumix DH1 to take half decent videos... seems my kids and I had turned all the settings to crap. This picture quality is half decent isn't it? (after it compresses). Not as cool as charlieissocoollike's new killer camera, but I try. What do you use?
