It turns out that Penny's a robo. I think the only reason why Penny's mom/the principal, won't let her play with the doll is because of the disk on the back. Great hiding stop principal. Also, near the end, if you let Penny defend her locker, Buggs and Carla get owned. Yes, you would need to do a restart, but it will be worth the two outfits.
