I started this a LONG time ago but I got back to working on it when I realized that her birthday was getting very close :'3

So I haven't animated in a while but I was (for some reason) in the mood to tween even though I usually prefer frame-by-frame. Anyway, I think this turned out okay! This started as just a practice to get back into animation :v
