Alcohol and boating don’t mix. July 3-5, Texas Game Wardens and law enforcement agencies across the nation are participating in Operation Dry Water, a national campaign aimed at reducing boating while intoxicated (BWI) and preventing alcohol- and drug-related incidents on the water.
