"In this video, I sing and whistle the Queen of the Night aria from Mozart’s The Magic Flute as a duet with my cockatiel, Aspen. I’m a professional opera singer and music teacher, and Aspen has been learning this aria along with several other songs from our time singing together. We go back and forth trading phrases, with Aspen whistling the melody back to me like a tiny feathered duet partner. This video captured one of many musical moments we share, and there is definitely more where this came from." Credit: @jackiwanders
