This is a simple test of the Geppetto simulation engine running a fluid mechanics solver based on the PCI-SPH algorithm.

A fluid of given viscosity to represent agar gel will simulate the environment of the worm, allowing us to have our "virtual Petri dish" for the virtual worm.
