This video shows current progress on modeling C. elegans muscle cells as strips of contractible elastic matter in the Geppetto engine. Physics are governed by the PCI-SPH Geppetto plugin.

The video shows three contractible elastic bundles that can contract independently. The ones at the extremities contract, while the one in the middle does not.
