Chickpea Brownie Recipe (adapted from @kgskitchen on insta)
1 can chick peas (rinsed & dried)
1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
1/2 cup of almond butter (unsweetened)
2-3 tsp of vanilla
approx 1 teaspoon of baking soda
approx 1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
1/4 cup of dark choc chips
heat oven to 350. add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to blender/nutribullet until smooth. once smooth, mix in chocolate chips. put into a brownie pan & bake for 25-30 minutes. 60 calories per square if you cut 25 from a 9x9 pan.
