I decided to download this ISO (huge thanks to JuniorJr on Internet Archive for posting one of my dream discs as an ISO) as a way to test how the video players I use could play back Blu-rays, and the DVD players I use, like MPC-HC and PotPlayer, are terrible at it. So, I went with VLC as my Blu-ray player. If you also wanna play Blu-rays and/or have a Blu-ray drive for PC (Blu-rays DON'T WORK with DVD drives), you need to download Java, then VLC. I suggest going with VLC because it's the only totally free video player I was able to find that plays Blu-rays correctly, with the menus and everything.
