This is the opening to the very rare promotional tape of the film "Larry The Cable Guy: Health Inspector". The film itself is only available to the public in DVD form and you can't find it on VHS anywhere, even on Amazon and eBay. I just happen to get the tape from my brother who got it at a garage sale in his local area last week as part of a box of about 40 tapes, and this promotional copy is among the tapes in that same box.
