Inside of Westminster Abbey and also St Georges’ Chapel in Windsor, there are many medieval Kings of England who are buried inside of tombs and graves. These were the men who ruled during turbulent times of civil war, and many were good Kings, but some were absolutely shocking. From grave-robbers, to investigations about the true identity of these Kings, the coffins were cracked opened and what was found sometimes was immensely disturbing and disgusting.
