On Monday, September 1 we festively celebrated the start of the 2025-2026 academic year. The program revolved around sustainability: Closing the gap between knowing and doing.
We were challenged with various sustainability dilemmas and moments of reflection with mini-lectures about the meat paradox, climate emotions, and factors that influence consumers’ sustainable food choices. Afterwards, we enjoyed a musical intermezzo, created from something that had seemingly lost its value, and a panel discussion about how the university can make greener options more accessible.
