I went to the ATL conference and met with lots of amazing professors working on creating video tutorials and feedback for students, but they kept having caveats. Cool recording software...but it costs money. Cool captioning software....but it required a customized wonky setup. Lastly, a problem I have is that the programs I show off are very hotkey-intensive, and grokking those shortcuts needs to come across a video.
