Looks like we will be collaborating on a 2 month Extreme Design-Build sprint to productize a 76 hp skid steer - with automated grading and 100% open source toolchain for land scanning and mission planning for precision motion. The new methods will involve investment in marketing and production machines - and subject matter experts to fill in the missing links - along with an onsite dev team (ideally 50+ people), a remote team (ideally 100+ people) and a formalized open source product development protocol based on a crash course in collaborative literacy and machine design + controls. So that up to 10 people can build the thing during the sprint - as working near-release pilots. Materials price point about $20k including automation - compared to an industry standard machine of $140k cost for the equivalent features (automated grader is $40k+). Oh yes, a $140k machine that you get to throw out after 5 years. Ours is lifetime design. The stars are lining up.
