I just got to that park from my trip in Medford Oregon. I was only there for 10 minutes and browsing those monuments in the park and all of a sudden, 2 bike officers came to talk to me. Then follow 3 state trooper. Apparently, if a inanimate object scares someone, you are breaking a park rule.
