About this ransomware : OpArtikel13 is a ransomware created by a German author in order to encourage people vote against that legislation, which hampers freedom of using internet in countries that are part of EU (European-Union). Although it doesn't ask for any ransom payment it does ask for vote to protect their democracy. It is now clear that ransomwares are not only for earning illegal money but also it can be a part of social, political or any other movements. That is why I decided to demonstrate this ransomware.
