I used this for inspiration for my hoodie. I made a few changes as you may see, but it's pretty basic. I bought fabric glue to adhere the felt to the hoodie, but used hot glue for any felt to felt because that seemed to hold better. Hope this helps a bit. I don't think I'll be doing a DIY as I don't need to make another one lol.
