Normal truth spinner skip is pretty risky in 100% speedrun because of precise distance megaflip and doesn't save much time since you have Lens of Truth.
Nayru's Love allows megaflip without roll so you can use easy and fast megaflip with a bombchu for it.
You have to wait for a sec to cast FW in the next room. It's kinda dumb.
it's only 2 secs but also removes bad RNG for truth spinner.
