Before the video begins, you catch the heavy fish from by the 2 white poles at the Fishing pond, then you swim up towards land where Link will enter a falling state if you dive and while pressing the fishing rod B button, you cast it during that falling state. See the links below for an explanation of the glitches used to create an artificial arrow using only 3 inventory slots.

For my next project. The 3 inventory slots were Kokiri Sword, Bottle 1 slot, and Dive Upgrade slot. You already start out with Kokiri Boots/Tunic and they don't do anything anyway, so I didn't count them. Bow was hacked in just so you can see that you do indeed get an artificial arrow from this. It displays the integer translated from whatever binary table you write to with the Letter, but it's actually only one artificial arrow because there is no quiver container to let you shoot more than one arrow. But one light arrow is all you need to defeat Ganondorf... ;)
Apparently there's a remake of Ocarina of Time being produced. Share your thoughts in the comments section if you want to about that. I don't think it's a bad idea, but Ocarina of Time is already a perfect game to me, so at the same time it doesn't really seem necessary. The glitches are part of it's spirit too, and it won't be the same without them.
