1: Do the setup and get on the ledge
2: Shield turn down and pull Chu
3: Keep holding Z and buffer until 9th red
4: Drop Chu for 1 frame while holding Z
5: After you drop the chu, release Z and hold down
6: Buffer to the first frame Link is facing the camera and hold R
7: When Link is shielding release R and press Z
8: Buffer to the 2nd damage frame and equip hover boots and hold up to get to the ledge.
