My old Radeon HD 4890 graphics card was hitting up to 91C in games and causing artifacts like this. I have now replaced my old card with a Radeon HD 7970.

Quick gameplay video of the BF4 Beta on my PC. Dxtory doesnt work for some reason so I had to use Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) to record. Also the game stutters if I record at 1080p in OBS so I had to play at 720p, though the games performance is about the same at 1080p.
