It's been around 5 years but they've finally done it. Another note block contest. This stuff was the thing that got me into music production in the first place! Hope you enjoy!

I programmed a visualizer that works with minecraft datapacks, which you can see in the video. There's a few other options but I think this way is the most interesting/confusing way to visualize the note blocks.

The contest entry is for 1.8.9 compatibility, so underneath the guitar there is a harp instrument backing it up, so 1.8.9 clients will hear the same accompaniment melodies. The exp orb sound is used insteaed of 1.12 chime/bell sounds becuase the former has compatibility with 1.8.9.
