Ontario is taking next steps to build Highway 413 @CBCToronto

Ontario is moving forward with the design and construction of the eastern portion of Highway 413. The province announced Tuesday that it will request building proposals later this fall. This contract is expected to be the largest infrastructure procurement ever issued by the Ministry of Transportation.
