Notes//ZOMG, it surprises me how much Marlene and Aerith look like each other? Is Marlene Aerith's and Zack's lovechild or something? o.O A new AMV inspiration?

Notes 3//At about 2:40, Cloud is supposed to be staring down at Tifa's dead/unconscious (you decide) body. He's like that guy on Medium who talks to dead/unconscious people and kisses them and bathes them and yuck.

How should I feel?
Aerith is reflecting on her childhood as she visits the church she and her mother would hide at.
Aerith (shown also as Marlene) is the daughter of Tifa (Hannah) and Cloud. She soon realizes that Tifa often takes her to the church and she sometimes doesn't see her father for days on end. Then, one time, she wanted to ask Tifa something, when she saw her dad was there. She starts to call out his name, but falls silent as Tifa demands from Cloud where he has been. Cloud gets very angry and throws Tifa to the ground. A shocked Aerith runs back to her room.
The next morning, Aerith sees a large bruise on Tifa's face. When Aerith asks about it, Tifa lies and says she bumped against the doorpost. Aerith continues to ponder about this, since she has always admired her father greatly.
Then, Cloud comes to the church they stay at. Aerith sees him, and she rushes forward to hug him. But Tifa knows his temper, and she seizes Aerith's shoulders and pulls her back. Cloud frowns at this, but saves his anger for later.
Aerith notices that her mother gazes at her regretfully and sadly sometimes, and she realizes that although her mother will always love her, she wishes she hadn't dragged an innocent child into her mess.
That night, Aerith hears her mom screaming in the next room. She stuffs her head in her pillow and pretends not to hear because she is scared.
She is woken up by Tifa.
"Come on, Aerith," she whispers. She is holding a few bags and is stuffing Aerith's clothes in one of them. She takes Aerith by the hand.
"No! My moogle!" said Aerith. Tifa realizes Aerith left it in the church.
"Alright, we'll get it," Tifa whispers.
In the church, Aerith locates her moogle and runs to Tifa. Unfortunately, they are found by Cloud.
"Going somewhere?" he asks.
"No!" Tifa screams and shields Aerith with her body. Aerith watched in horror as Cloud stabs Tifa.
"Come here, Aerith," Cloud said soothingly. Aerith, not knowing what to do and because she still loves Cloud because he is her father, runs to Cloud and hugs him. She hears her mother's gasping, it echoing through the church. She and Cloud stare at Tifa, who is basically dying. Something clicks inside her. She pushes Cloud away and screams,
"You're a monster!"
Cloud's head turns a bit in her direction as he realizes the truth in this. He slowly walks in her direction.
"RUN!" screams Tifa.
Aerith is then pulled back to the present and she is standing in the church she stood ten years ago. She wonders if her mother is still alive, and more worrying is that her father might still be.
Mua ha ha~ Angst-fest much?
