Been working in Toyama for my job, and took a quick trip to the onsen (Nov. 11, 2018).
The closest bullet train to this onsen is Kurobe Unazuki Onsen station. From there, you can take local trains or a car to get to this onsen town. It's calm, but very fun to hike the area, see the sights, and enjoy the food.

Also, the Yukata I am wearing was provided by the folks at buyee.jp (powered by tenso.com).
I might make a separate video on this completely since I love their service, but Tenso.com (or Buyee.jp) offers an AMAZING forwarding service to order anything from Japan. Things that typically are only shipped domestic to Japan, they will rebundle and reship it to you, anywhere in the world.
