#OnimushaDawnOfDreams 

In the early days of the PS2, I was a big fan of the Onimusha series. It blended the horror vibes of Resident Evil well with my fascination with Japan and samurai. Plus, it was more action-heavy. Like Resident Evil, the first three games were also very silly, overly dramatic at times too, but strange all the same.

The one that got away was Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, which was released in March 2006 in North America. I played it for the first time leading up to the release of Onimusha: Way of the Sword. Was the wait worth it?
