As the third rendition of Shin Sakura, Sakura has absorbed and improved upon Akuma's oni form and learned many new moves.

Balancing notes:
damage of all moves reduced by 50-80%
all air moves consume meter (including normals)
meter gain is very slow except for dodge move

Fly mode

dodge
reflect
air hadouken
ground teleport slash (ziraiken)
air combos
ground hadouken
ground electric hadouken
