It’s one of those dull but durable realities: sometimes, getting better is just a matter of consistent effort over time. Case in point: OnePlus started its smartwatch journey in 2021, with a misfire so disastrous that it would be two full years before it tried again. That followup from 2024 was good, but with obvious, frustrating shortcomings that saw me drop it off my wrist as soon as my review was done.
