Last AirAsia X (9V-XXD) [Soaring Xpectations/Ultimate Fighting Championship UFC] Airbus A330-343 departs RW03 at Perth Airport on April 30, 2025.
This aircraft first flew on October 21, 2009 and was delivered to AAX on November 18, 2009.
AirAsia X first started flying to Perth on November 2, 2008 with an Airbus A333 Kuala Lumpur service and it's presence helped increase the share of low-cost carriers at Perth Airport from just 4% to over a quarter of international seats.
AirAsia Malaysia replaced AirAsia X with two daily services with Airbus A321NEO aircraft.
