I saw a moving crew in NYC do this a couple of years ago, and now I do it myself. Anytime you're disassembling something for the purpose of moving, whether a bed, electronic, or otherwise. Grab some painters tape and adhere the fasteners to the item itself. In that way you'll have a much easier time getting setup again when you go to unpack!
