Just because there is not a purpose built came and follower mate in Alibre (as of the uploading of this video) doesn't mean it's not possible! Here is one strategy to get it done.
At 5:03, a coincident constraint is used. This provides excellent reliability. But depending on the cam profile, it may lead to some overlap at some points. If a tangent constraint is used instead, it will provide a more correct relationship for all cam profiles.
