Which Menasor is better: Magic Square or Rising Force? I'm comparing both Legends-scale Stunticon teams to find out which gives you the better Transformers figures — and the answer isn't as simple as I expected.
Rising Force surprised me with taller Stunticons, excellent articulation and individual robot modes that are incredibly fun to pose. Magic Square counters with better plastic, sturdier construction and a much stronger combined mode.
So we're comparing everything that actually matters:
• Individual Stunticon robot modes
• Articulation and posing
• Build quality and plastic
• Transformations
• Vehicle modes
• Rising Force Menasor
• Magic Square Menasor
• Stability and combined-mode articulation
• Overall appearance
• Which complete set I'd recommend
And here's where things get interesting:
The company that made my favorite individual Stunticons isn't necessarily the company that made my favorite Menasor.
If you're a longtime Transformers collector, a Legends-scale fan, or you simply remember Menasor and the Stunticons from G1, this comparison should help you decide which interpretation works better for you.
