The game updates broke the mod but no more.
Here is a gameplay of Hybrid Kaido FINISHED and now I can chain and create custom combos using directly all his abilities INCLUDING AI/CPU BOSS skills ...( DLC CHAR has a BOSS Only Versions of Some of his super abilities ) . As you can see I can use ALL of his abiliites AT once , including slow walk , STRAFE when targeting enemy ( facing it like AI DOES - REAL LOCK ON unlike player ) and also all HIS ABILITIES at anytime giving him tremendous power and ability to chain at will like an ACTION game.
My mods are and will be an Early Access to my patrons then public :
