They've just launched the new CX-5 with a petrol engine and all-wheel drive, which is a carryover from the last model. Not better on fuel, not massively more poweful...
And there's no HYBRID?
Well, not yet anyway. Apparently the brand is working on a new hybrid system for this car, and it could come in 2027. It can't come soon enough, frankly, because this part of the market is FULL of great options for SUV buyers.
I mostly like this new CX-5, otherwise. It's a big change, especially inside. But are the changes done well? Or would you choose one of these GREAT ALTERNATIVES:
