One man is dead in an officer-involved shooting Wednesday night. It happened around 8:45 p.m. in the area of Pennsylvania Avenue near Argyle Avenue and Pitcher St. According to BPD, Baltimore police officers noticed a car traveling the wrong way on a one-way street.
