today for vlogmas, I'm making cookie dough live.
Today's cookie dough: white chocolate and cranberry!!
Recipe:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup craisins or dried cranberries (or more to taste-- i wing it!!)
Cream butter and sugars until smooth, then add eggs and extracts.
Mix
add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix
add craisins and white chocolate chips
Mix well!!!
Makes about 4-5 dozen.
Bake on a silicone sheet or parchment paper. Oven temp: 350 degrees 10-12 min.
