I am stupidly proud of this as my first completed pmv with shading and backgrounds and whatnot. I am obsessed with these silly rp cats and Im truly just pumped to have gotten this out in time for Valentines Day. Took me about 4 days total.
The story:
Gorseflight (the black cat) is the medicine cat of Sunclan. He views the world in a black and white binary of good cats and bad cats. If a cat does something bad, they are bad forever and can never change in his eyes. He took it upon himself as an apprentice to start taking care of these cats to keep Sunclan safe. A few suspected, but they met unfortunate ends... When he wasnt being grumpy or dealing with bad cats, Gorsepaw found himself drawn towards Skypaw (the white cat). She was the only one who seemed to actually care for him. Gorsepaw became Gorseflight and Skypaw became Skydawn. The two became mates in secret, but Skydawn never knew about the murders. They had kits, though Skydawn never revealed their father to them or the clan. Then, due to scenarios that are so deep in the rp lore I cant explain them here, Skydawn drowned. Lost without her in his life, Gorseflights already unsound went even deeper into insanity. Seeing her ghost one day, Gorseflight proudly boasted that he had murdered Skydawns abusive mom, but Skydawn was rightfully horrified. Gorseflight hasnt properly seen her ghost sense.

What is this MAP?
For those of you like me, Doubloon videos took over your fyp on tik tok a few weeks ago. I have become invested to the point that I have a Traveler Sona and know many other artists do too. A quick rundown of what Dabloontok is/was: silly little cats will give you money (doubloons) which you can use to buy things from other silly little cats. It’s all on tik tok, all pretend, and all tracked by the user themselves. There is no official structure or rules except those you choose to follow. I am in love with this concept. It makes me happy. Most of the videos use the sound that is the music of this MAP. So, for this MAP, the animators took a part and drew their own traveler either outside in the cold traveling or inside resting, eating, or buying wares.
Thank you so much to the amazing participants! I know this was a silly little concept but I love hosting little MAPs like this and I had a blast. you all are amazing!
