The 32-core Threadripper 9975WX has one high-speed and three filler chips.

The high-speed chip can boost to 5 GHz at only 1.1V.

Much better than any other Ryzen Zen 5 I’ve seen.

But the filler chips are much worse than what I’ve seen.

Needing almost 1.3V for 5 GHz.

Luckily there’s lots of undervolt margin to improve the filler chip boost.
