Fredrick Terry doesn't have any grocery stores in his part of the city that he deems "quality." Through his own research into why that is, he discovered that one of Oak Cliff's many empty lots, and one particularly close to the booming Bishop Arts District, has been owned by H-E-B since 2017. It has been an empty lot since its purchase, and Terry is advocating for change (and smoked Gouda) in his neighborhood.
