2011 felt a bit slower. Small pleasures were easier, and they didn’t cost as much. The internet was already there but it wasn’t yet the place where life happened. I'm not sure I thought I'd miss 2011 in 2011, but, I kinda do now.
Mia and I were in Florida visiting family and mostly humoring my mom by looking at apartments in the area (even though neither of us really wanted to live in Florida, as much as we wanted to leave Los Angeles)
